May I bow my shugenja and activate 'Touch of Ice' against a player with less than 2 personalities in play, and automatically gain the 3 honor, or is the spell unusable? In the wording, it says that I target the other player, so I'm not targeting the two (or lack thereof) personalities, he simply doesn't have them to target. I gain 3 honor. Is this the proper reading, or am I missing something?
