So my question is this...
Let's say I attack my unicorn opponent. My Stronghold is Eastern Hub Port. My opponent defends against me with several personalities, and defends with Shinjo Isuke at another province.
I declare naval, and take my first action. I attach a follower or item to a naval personality at the opposed battlefield.
First question: Which happens first? My additonal battle action with Eastern Hub Port, or his reaction on Shinjo Isuke?
Second question: What if I also have a "purge the weak" attached to one of my personalities? What would the order be then?

"E. Apply any triggered traits on cards." That's Eastern Hub Port.
"F. Reactions may now be taken following an action round procedure." That's Shinjo Isuke and Purge the Weak.
