If an action had the wording:
X effect. If Condition A is met, Y effect. Z effect.
Is Z effect dependent on Condition A being met? For example, in Moto Chen exp 2's battle ability, is the "Rehonor Chen" effect dependent on the opposing personality being sent home as Kolat or Ratling?
If an action had the wording:
X effect. If Condition A is met, Y effect. Z effect.
Is Z effect dependent on Condition A being met? For example, in Moto Chen exp 2's battle ability, is the "Rehonor Chen" effect dependent on the opposing personality being sent home as Kolat or Ratling?
Each effect is independent. X and Z will happen regardless of condition A.
Chen will be rehonored even if the target is not Kolat or Ratling.
