Daigotsu bowing/unbowing

A player, 6 September 2007

During a game agains a Spider Clan player I had a Personality with the Shadowlands trait and my oponent was controling Daigotstu (Experienced 2). My question is. Can Daigotsu straighten a already straightened personality (ex: himself) just to bow my Personality with the shadowlands trait?

Daigotsu

Spider Clan • Clan Champion • Shugenja • Duelist • Shadowlands • Experienced 2 • Unique • Loyal Lose 20 Honor. Personalities opposing Daigotsu have a Force penalty equal to their Personal Honor. Battle/Open: Even if Daigotsu is bowed: Straighten a target Shadowlands Personality and bow or straighten a target Shadowlands card.

I don't know if this was already answer since I didn't found nothing. Thanks in advance.
