If a bowed Shosuro Adeiko is killed can she use her reaction to her own death? I was thinking no because bowed cards can't preform actions printed on them unless they say they can.

I was wondered if a 2 chi 3ph personaility was in a battle againts the Obsidian Dragon the and during the battle I give the personality a 3 chi pump would the personalities chi be equal to 4 chi(2-1 = 1) +3 or 2 chi (2-3 = 1)(with -2chi left over) 1-2+3=2
