Bayushi Saya, already dishonored and Seppuku

Hi,

the general question is:

If a personality causes a honor loss of ZERO can that personality perfrom seppuku?

Actual card interaction:

Bayushi Saya targets a already dishonored personality. That personality assigns or performs an action later that turn thus triggering Saya and causing a honor loss of zero. Can he seppuku? Does the answer change if the personality is honorable but has 0 personal honor? Thanks

http://rules.l5r.com/The_Player#Family_Honor: "An Honor gain of 0 points is not considered a gain for things that check whether a gain happened; likewise an Honor loss of 0 points is not considered a loss for such things." (Emphasis added.)

No.
