I feel really, really dumb asking this, but I just want a clarification because one of my local players has confused me with their whining.

"Battle: Target one of your Scorpion Clan Personalities: Bow, then move home, a target dishonorable personality opposing him. You may target and dishonor a personality in the enemy army."
If they have nobody dishonored, do I still get to dishonor one of their guys?
