If I play Strike of the Summit, then as a reaction play Strike of the Center and then as a reaction play Strike of the Summit, can I play Ring of Air from my hand. I wasn't sure if reactions counted towards this requirement.
If I happned to have a Ring of Water in my hand at the same time and played one more battle action, could I then play Ring of Water from my hand even though I used 3 actions towards meeting the requirements to play Ring of Air?
Thanks!

Reactions are actions. Yes.

No. The Ring of Water requires Battle actions. Not Reactions. (Fixed.)
