If Moto Chagatai xp5 is the only personality in an army, and he is dishonorable and then targeted by a Hunting the Prophet, does he then bow? My friend and I assumed yes, as he negates the first bowing in Hunting the Prophet of "bow a target card", but his trait is used up when all dishonorable personalities are bowed. We assumed the effects happen in sequence, unless we're wrong and they happen simultaneously.

Yes. There are two bowing effects; his trait only catches the first.
