I'm a little confuse about her ability. Under what conditions can I use it?
Battle: Move Rikako to the current battlefield. Straighten a card in your army there.
Assuming that I meet all requirements for Presense at a battlefield. Can I use her ability when she is at home or does she have to be assigned to a battlefield somewhere?
