Is the trait on the blade of guile an ongoing effect on the personality to whom it was originally attached?
Example:
Let's say that I've attached the blade of guile to my dishonored personality which was rehonored and then I've decided to share this attachment with another Personality. My question considers the first, original Personality. Does the trait from the Blade of Guile still take effects on the original Personality, therefore he cannot be dishonored, has 0 PH and cannot gain PH or not?

Blade of Guile has a couple of traits.
"Rehonor this Personality" is instantaneous.
"This Personality has 0 Personal Honor, and can neither gain Personal Honor bonuses nor be dishonored" are continuous, not ongoing.
