I have a question about Utaky Genshi's reaction ability.
Reaction: After an Attack Phase ends in which another player destroyed any of your provinces, even if Genshi is bowed: Straighten her. Declare an additional Attack Phase. No unit other than her unit can assign or move to attack that phase
The last line about no unit other than hers can assign, does it apply only to the player controlling Genshi or does it apply to both players? Basically what I'm getting to is does her ability give me an unopposed battle even if my opponent has units he can assign.

Controller. Because the controller is attacking, the other player is the defender and cannot assign "to attack" (card text).
