Bushido Virtue Battle/Open: Bow one of your target honorable Samurai Personalities: Straighten another target Personality and give him +3F if he is opposed.
Can I play this card to target a personality that isn't bowed and finally giving him +3F only? Or in that case I just can't play this card?
Thanks,
Javier
Compassion: Can I play this card to target a personality that isn't bowed(?)
Yes. Compassion targets "honorable Samurai Personality." Not "unbowed honorable" etc.
