(Special Wording) Modifiers attached to a phrase in the form of "a [modifier] X or Y" or "a [modifier] X and Y" modify both things in that phrase.
(Ruined City) You do not lose Honor from Fate and Spider Clan cards you own.
Does Ruined City / Spider's Lair still fall under this rule, considering it is worded 'X and Y [modifier]' ?
