For effects that trigger when an item or follower 'attaches'. Do they still take effect on the new personality when that item or follower is shared?
Example Blade of Guile. Can I attach it to a dishonored personality, rehonor him, then share it to another dishonored personality and rehonor them as well?

No. Comprehensive Rules, Attach: "Transferring a card from one unit to another is not attaching."
