Since Samurai has been released and there are already a few questions regarding samurai cards I'm assuming the sticky just hasn't been updated.
My question refers to Bayushi Hisoka who's trait reads : After Hisoka enters play: Target a card. While Hisoka remains in play, after each time that card bows, its controller loses 2 Honor.
If I target a personality are they able to commit seppuku when they bow. It would appear not given that A: It is a trait and not an action and B: The card, not the personality is causing the honor loss.

Incorrect assumption.
General rules questions are fine. Specific Samurai Edition card questions are discouraged.
