Just to confirm what I suspect to be the ruling behind this:
When one has a Gate Guardsman in the current battle, and the enemy leader plays Resumed Hostilities (which grants an additional battle action from a card in your hand) or any other effect whose final effects say "Take an additional action" of some kind, does the Gate Guardsman's reaction take priority over the enemy leader's gained battle action?
