With this ruling, are you stating the Obsidian Dragon's trait can be added to by other effects to reduce personalities' chi to 0?
Example:
If the Obsidian Dragon were facing Doji Ayano, she would have 1C (4-4 min 1). Could I then reduce her chi by 1 via a number of methods (Adieko, Kyuden Warasuremono) to destroy her?
