Well taking a look at Samurai rulebook and some questions in the rules forum, i have to ask. In SE can Tactical Battles be used by tacticians that are bowed if they do not describe this:
Tactical Battle: Even if ur personality is bowed...
So what i mean is if Tacticians can take Tactical battles by Defaul even bowed, like Superior Strategist using the actual wording not the samurai one.
