Shiba Ningen experienced permits me to discard a card after I have drawn one to draw another card.
If the Shrine to Fukurokujin targets a personality with 1 Chi, and I draw a card with 1 or higher Focus Value, may I react with Ningen to discard that card and draw another card, thus mitigating the effect of the Shrine?
