Can the card Coward! move a personality into the battlefield even if the person is bowed?
I.e. Someone uses an effect to lock down a personality (ruby of Iuchiban) which prevents him from straighting.
Can the personality be moved into the battle while bowed since its the defenders choice whether or not to move him in?
