So, thanks to you guys, I have gotten a pretty good grasp on 90% of the rules, but I still have a few more.
1. When can duels be issued, and what is the process for it? I am unclear of the focus pool and such...
2. What is a Dishonerable Personality? A keyword on a card?
3. Can abilities on strongholds be used if they are bowed?
4. What does Experienced # mean on some cards?
5. Ranged Attacks. Can they target a personality not at the current battle? Or can a a Personality make a ranged attack from home? Do Ranged Attacks stack (does the game keep track of multiple hits) or can ou make a combined attatck?
Sorry if these are all pretty lame questions, but they are not in the Samurai Edition rulebook that I downloaded...

When can duels be issued, and what is the process for it?
Challenges are created when a particular effect says so. The process is spelled out in Challenges and duels.
What is a Dishonerable Personality?
Dishonor is an effect that can occur. See Comprehensive Rules, Card States, Honorable and dishonorable.
Can abilities on strongholds be used if they are bowed?
Not unless the card says so. See Comprehensive Rules, Card States, Bowed and unbowed.
What does Experienced # mean on some cards?
That there are multiple versions of a Personality representing different stages in their life. See Comprehensive Rules Glossary, Experienced.

Generally not, due to the rules of Presence and Location. See Comprehensive Rules Glossary, Ranged Attack.

No.
