Alright, I think it's okay to ask this since it's not about new cards. So in SE, Open actions can only be taken during the Action Phase. Now, there are currently some open actions like the one on Death Poem (Open: Honorable Personalities have +1F while opposed and attacking. Before any Personality is destroyed during a battle this turn, rehonor him)
or
Utaku Remi
(Recon Open: Target a province. Opposed Cavalry Personalities there have +1 PH; this will not take their Personal Honor above 5. Opposed Cavalry cards there have +1F.)
that would be relevant during a battle. When Samurai comes fully into effect, will these actions be errataed to be Battle/Open, or will they become usable only during the Action Phase?

I don't know. Wait and see.
