The Agasha Foundries & Spell Keywords

The previewed Phoenix Stronghold Agasha Foundries says:

Earthen Guardians says:

Earth Battle: Bow this Shugenja, even if he is not at the current battlefield: Create a Nonhuman Earth Personality in your current army with 3F/1C, or 5F/1C if your Shugenja has the Earth keyword,and the trait, "Can not be destroyed to pay costs." After this turn ends, remove this Personality from the game.

The Comprehensive rule book says:

A non-Action card does not inherit keywords the other way from its abilities. Example: a Personality who has a Tactical ability is not considered a Tactical card.

So does this mean that Earthen guardians is *NOT* a spell with an element keyword since it doesnt have the single bolded "earth" keyword on it?

or is there as-of-yet-unfound change where the keywords on spells abilities count it in a card, making this stronghold functional with pre-SE spells (IE KD & TTT)
