I am a trifle confused by the Blind Cards rule listed on page 55 of the SE Rulebook, especially by the example given:
For example, if an ongoing effect says “Units can not move to battlefields,” you can still use the exception to the Rule of Presence (p. 35) to take an action whose effects, by text, would normally move your unit to a current battlefield where you have no units.
So, one card says I cannot move into battlefields, but I actually can? Using this logic, can I use the Blind Cards rule to move units into battle where they have already been oppopsed?
Clarification would be greatly appreciated. Arigato!

Not quite. You can try.
People will sometimes mistakenly interpret "You cannot move cards into a battlefield," as meaning "any action that has moving into a battlefield as one of its several effects is illegal to announce or attempt."
The "blind cards" action is about what is legal to attempt, not whether something will actually happen.
