This card have the following text:
Reaction: Once per turn, after Tomioko attaches a Spell as a Limited, Open, or Battle action, take an additional action of the same type.
My doubt is: If I cast in the Limited action Fist of Osano-Wo paying all cost, i can cast another Fist of Osano-Wo for free?
If not what´s the utility of this ability in the Limited phase(for Battle is obvious)?

The reaction triggers after attaching a spell, not casting a spell.
For example, you could attach the Fist of Osano-Wo, use the reaction, and cast that Fist of Osano-Wo without other players having a chance to use any Open actions to neutralize your caster.
