If i focus a Triumph of Courage during a duel and switch it with a card with a focus effect (like Cool Head Prevails), does the second focus effect resolves?

Yes. The order of Focus Effect are chosen by the active player, but if a new card enters the focusing area during this process, its Focus Effect must resolve before proceeding to the next one.
