Didn't realize I couldn't respond to the thread.
The issue arose in a tournament recently that made me go online and check to see if the player was correct.
He had a Dragon with Kuro's Fire and another Dragon that attacked one of my provinces.
Now he seemed to think that Dragon's "remember the concept of a spell", so basically the Dragon without the spell could also utilise the spell's effects without actually having the spell attached.
It made his deck quite lethal and I was curious to see if this was legal?
