Reaction: After a Personality bows, bow this card which may remain bowed: Target the Personality. He cannot straighten until this card straightens or leaves play.

Battle: Personalities you control at this battlefield have +1F/+1C while they have a card attached. When the battle ends, each Personality you control at this battlefield becomes untargetable by other playersÂ’ actions until the end of your next turn while he has a card attached and is not in an army.

During the resolution segment of an attack:

If the Attacker still controls any units at the current battlefield, return them home bowed.

Would Circle of Steel protect your personality from being locked down from battle resolution with Tsuno Swamps?

Since it's related, timing-wise...

Political Gozoku Reaction: After targets are chosen for an action being taken by another player during battle, target a Courtier Personality or Gozoku Personality you control: Redirect any number of its targets.

Can you use Misdirection to redirect the target of Tsuno Swamps when multiple personalities are sent home during battle resolution?
