Ok, simple question no so simple answer.

Fury of the Dark Lord, does it hit face-down Ninja's or no.

Excellence- same question.

Fury of the Dark Lord, does it hit face-down Ninja's or no. Excellence- same question.

Fury of the Dark Lord refers to "printed" Gold cost. When face-down, Ninjutsu Personalities have no printed cost: there is no ink physically on the card specifying cost, so the stat will be treated as zero (Diamond rules, pg 63: "If something refers to a value that isn’t specified or is missing... consider that value to be 0.")

Excellence does not refer to printed Gold cost, so it will treat face-down Ninjutsu personalities as costing 4G.
