I can't seem to locate it in the rulebook, but I was hoping the rules folks would help clarify something.
According to relatively recent rulings about Regions and who controls them, Savagry of the Moto only changes the location of the regions, but not who controls them.
If I use Ninja Theif or another action (that doesn't specify anything about control) to change the location of an item from one player's personality to another, does it change control as well?
Example:
Dark Soul Mask:
Battle: Bow Dark Soul Maks and this Personality to permanently move the Mask onto an opposing Personality.
Does the Dark Soul Mask also change controller, or does it remain under the original player's control?
