formations and rain of death ruling

So with the rain of death ruling about using ppl at other battles and hitting ppl that oppose them, does this work with these other formations:

Deeds of My Ancestors

Armed Brigade

Endless Horde

Hida's Formation

Kiss of the Scorpion

One Tribe

Strike and Move

so bascily any formation that has the ability on itself, and doesn;t refer to the current battle or this battle?
