If I focus a 3, a 4, and weigh the cost (3), with celestial imbalance in play, what happens to my focus values. Can I make the 4 a 5 so that I end up with a 3,4, and 5; or do the two 3's drop to zero then get raised by one so I would have a 0,1, and 5. Any help would be appreciated

This will be a case of active player chooses, because both effects trigger when the cards are revealed.
