Correct.
"Your Stronghold produces 4" sets the GP to a value, which is a -1GP penalty to the printed 5GP. However, minimums/maximums are applied last, after bonuses/penalties/modifiers, so Ikikashi Sensei's trait makes it 3GP, even on Turn 1.
