No, as the Reversal only concerns whose effects are those created by an action from the ability granted by Accessible Terrain. There has been no change to the definitions of "from", "on" or "card effect".
Iron Armor still prevents card effects that move its Personality, and Brazen Disregard still negates movement from the effect of an action from a Strategy.
