I'm running a Dragon Ilumination Deck and I'm having some troubles while "playing" cards ...
My oponent: a Scorpion Tactician deck.
1.- Consider for this example that I'm trying to play Ring of Air. -I need to: resolve two or more Favor actions in one turn. -During my turn I use the Favor Political Limited Rulebook to discard and draw a card. -My oponent Names with his Stronghold Tireless Open "Arrival of the Ivory Champion". -I take the imperial favor with some dude. -Then I attack and play "Arrival of the Ivory Champion". -The effects are negated by his Stronghold hability. -But in the Action Sequence "E"; An action’s resolution happens even if all its effects are negated or otherwise fail. Is this allowing me to play RoA?
2.- Consider for this example that I'm trying to play Ring of Water. -I need to: Play after a battle resolves in which you played a Terrain, destroyed a Terrain, and destroyed any cards or provinces during resolution. -I'm attacking the same Scorpion tactician dude and he plays Encircled Terrain. In this case he is not allowing me to gain battle resolution.(bleh) -I play my Walking with The Water but he cancels it with his Sun Returns. (Is this enough to be considered a terrain been played?) -After that he passes and then I play some Superior Tactics and Distroyed his Encircled Terrain. -I Won and destroy something in battle resolution. -Is ring of water entering play?
