"Imperial" is a Clan alignment, and it is your Clan alignment. You may not buy Personalities with Clan discount if Imperial is their only Clan alignment. If no other player has an Imperial Stronghold, you begin the game with the Imperial Favor. This card does not produce Gold when paying for Personalities.
Given this is the text off Oracle of the stronghold, and since is does reference clan discounts, if you were to utilize this stronghold under Ivory Edition rules, would you be able to get a discount on personalities that have a clan alignment and the imperial keyword, or is that just wording from a bygone era that has yet to be "Ivoryized"?

Just checking on any ruling about this. Does the box give you the ability to give a clan discount to clan imperial personalities in extended formats that use ivory rules, or is the clan discount just bygone wording?
Thanks.

Under discussion.

Hey guys,

been going on 3 weeks here, just checking if there's been any progress on whether clan discount will apply to other formats that can use the stronghold with the current Ivory rules?

Clan Discount no longer exists, so that clause is irrelevant. You'll pay normal price for Imperial-only Personalities, same as any other Clan.
