A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. House of Loose Silk:

After a Personality is Recruited, you may bow and destroy this Holding to bow him, and you gain a Conspiracy token if his controller has no unbowed Personalities in play.

Oboro:

Invest 3: If you have not used the Invest trait of an Oboro this turn, shuffle all your other copies of Oboro in play and in your discard pile into your Dynasty Deck. Gain a Conspiracy token for each Oboro shuffled.

Suppose I have no personalities in play and in my discard pile, can I use Oboro's invest AND the holding's trait to get 2 conspiracy tokens?

Oboro:

Suppose I have no personalities in play and in my discard pile, can I use Oboro's invest AND the holding's trait to get 2 conspiracy tokens?

Oboro only reshuffles OTHER copies of Oboro. Therefore, you may House of Loose Silk her to bow her and gain the Conspiracy token, but her Invest in this scenario will not shuffle any copies any you will not gain Conspiracy tokens from it.
