A player, 30 May 2015
Aroru Sensei Interrupt, w: After another player refuses a challenge or loses a duel from an action that targeted his Personality and your Ninja, give a -1F/-1C Poison token to his Personality.
Shosuro Saigyo Ninja Battle: A target enemy Personality challenges Saigyo. Give the winner +2F.
Why exactly does this not work? I can understand the refusal wouldn't go off but why wouldn't the loss? The battle action targets a another player's personality and my ninja so i don't understand exactly why it would not do anything?

The action comes from Saigyo - it doesn't target him, only the "enemy Personality": The word “target” must appear for the procedure to be considered targeting.
