honoring dishonoring and rehonoring

So for this example it would be thus.

Player A: Targets personality with Bayushi Shizuka. Player B: uses Wheels Within Wheels on targeted personality.

Does the personality become dishonored and then re-honored? Or does the personality kill themselves before being able to rehonor therefore dying dishonorably and causing additional honor loss for dying dishonorably? OR, is it a case of the active player chooses in which order things resolve?
