So in looking in the most updated 20F rules you cannot have two Unique cards of the same titles in play. However by this ruling it would seem that you can have 2 versions of Nitoshi out at the same time. Bayushi Nitoshi (CoM exp1) and Bayushi Nitoshi, The Poison Mask (exp2) have two different card titles so by the ruling of Uniques this seems like it's possible. Am I wrong in this assumption?
2 Nitoshis
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Addenda to card titles such as "the Poison Mask" do not count as separate card titles for purposes of Uniqueness.
