Goju Kumoru states that for his ability "Battle resolution there will not destroy Personalities". In a Kumoru battle where he wins or is tied at resolution are the enemy attachments destroyed (in the same manner that attachments are destroyed if a losing Personality is Resilient)?

Yes, the attachments will still be destroyed. Just not Personalities.
