I've noticed that some fortifications from 20 Festivals have a new rules reminder: (Fortifications attach, bowed, to the Province from which they entered play.) for example Labor Crew.
How will that affect older fortifications like Poorly Placed Garden that has a different reminder: (Fortifications attach, straightened, to the Province from which they entered play.) ?
Will it enter play straightened or bowed?

In 20F, Fortifications will enter play bowed by default (this is on the list of Rules changes). This will retroactively affect any older Fortifications, and may make reminder text obsolete (such as that on Poorly Placed Garden).
