The eternal chase Iaijutsu battle: your target unbowed personality challenges a target enemy personality. Bow the loser. Destroty him if the last battle action his owner took this battle destroyed one of your personality.

Spirited dispute: As a focus effect, you may choose to lose the duel to negate the consequence of loosing.

1. I play the eternal chase creating a duel on a two 3chi non duelist (considering my opponent destroys one of my personality prior to it). He calls strike. What happen nxt?

2. If my opponent focused spirited dispute, same situation as above, does the destroy him part in the eternal chase part of the consequence of loosing?

Thanks!

1. I play the eternal chase creating a duel on a two 3chi non duelist (considering my opponent destroys one of my personality prior to it). He calls strike. What happen nxt? You apply the results of losing to each Personality. You bow each of them, you destroy your Personality if your last action - not including The Eternal Chase as it's still resolving - destroyed one of your Personalities, and you destroy your opponent's Personality if your opponent's last action destoyed one of your Personalities.

2. If my opponent focused spirited dispute, same situation as above, does the destroy him part in the eternal chase part of the consequence of loosing? Duel: "If an effect directly makes one Personality win the duel, this makes the other Personality lose, unless another effect alters the other Personality’s outcome. Likewise, if an effect directly makes one Personality lose the duel, this makes the other Personality win, unless another effect alters that Personality’s outcome. If outcome-altering effects apply to both Personalities, this means that both of them can win or lose."

So, your Personality wins, and the consequences of losing are negated: your opponent's Personality neither bows nor is destroyed. If another effect causes your Personality also to lose the duel, Spirited Dispute will negate the consequences of losing for him or her, too.
