Tadanobu Sensei's trait prevents the Crane player from gaining Honor from Holdings. Does it also stop gains from the Temple Fortress' honor-gaining trait? It seems to me like it does, but I would like confirmation.

Yes, that is an honor gain from a holding.
If it was worded "from actions on holdings", Temple Fortress would work.
