Way of the Scorpion and Sachina Sensei (L5R rules board)

Hello,

During our last tournament there was a situation which we couldn't figure how to rule properly, about the interaction between Sachina Sensei and Way of the Scorpion.

Sachina sensei Interrupt, w: After the action shows cards in another player's hand, choose one of them. He may discard it; if he doesn't, he cannot play cards with that title this turn.

Way of the Scorpion If you are a Scorpion Clan player, this Strategy has Discipline 2. Open, 1 : Target a Personality whose Personal Honor is less than printed. His controller loses Honor equal to the difference. Look at two cards in his hand or Provinces.

When looking at two cards in the opponent's hand, are these two cards considered to be shown by the action, thus triggering the sensei's effet ?

In any game, a reference that depends on showing a card also includes “look” effects.

Therefore, Sachina Sensei is triggered by Way of the Scorpion. Thanks for asking!
