way of the crane : If you are a Crane Clan player, this Strategy has Discipline . Iaijutsu Battle: Your target unbowed Personality challenges a target enemy Personality, whose controller can dishonor him and move him home to refuse. Bow the loser. The winner gains 1 Honor.
if my opponent use way of the crane on my personality with iron armor, how will it resolve if i refuse to duel? will i dishonor my personality and cant move or i cant refuse the duel?

Since Way of the Crane says "dishonor him and move him home TO refuse", if you choose to do so, it will dishonor the Personality, Iron Armor will prevent the Personality from moving, and then since you did not dishonor him and move him home, you cannot refuse.
