Any chance of this getting an answer? The closest we've come has been this, which completely fails to address the question.

We've now been waiting over four months for an answer. If the situation cannot be resolved under the current rules set (and so is being addressed in the 20F rules release), please can you announce this so that it is a known issue for judging teams.
