Just a quick question. If im attacked by a mantis player and he uses navel does a range can he then play sneak attack and take another action or would useing navel cause him not to be able to sneak?

You get to take one Battle action before the Defender can take a Battle action.
Both the Naval Invasion ability and Sneak Attack give the Attacker the first opportunity to act in the Combat Segment's Action Round. Once that opportunity to act has been taken or passed, the opportunity passes - as in all Action Rounds - to the other player.
