Due to resent discussion about the discarding... Can I use Voice of Experience to increase FV of card discarded by Delicate Gamble?
Delicate Gamble Political Limited: Bow your target unbowed Courtier. Discard the top card of another player's Fate deck. A target player gains or loses Honor equal to the discarded card's Focus Value or 3, whichever is lower. If he lost Honor, he ignores Honor Requirements this game.
Voice of Experience Interrupt: After each time the action discards or shows any cards, you may give them +1FV.

No, you may not. As noted elsewhere, Voice of Experience only alters the focus value of cards discarded from hand.
